What We Support ... and what we do not

In an effort to be completely transparent regarding our support practices, we have listed below the things we support and the things we do not support. Please read this over prior to sending in a support request.

Promised Functionality

All features promised on individual product pages will be supported. If any feature is not working as described, then we will gladly assist.

Interoperability between our Products.

All of our products will work together unless declared otherwise on the individual product page(s).

Timely Response

All support tickets will be given a response within one business day ( Mon-Fri ) of the time submitted. In most cases the reply time will be WAY sooner than 24 hours, but one day is the max. We are located in the Eastern US, all response times are based on EDT timezone.

Custom CSS

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It is a markup language that controls the appearance of HTML elements on a web page. There is almost endless potential to what you can do with CSS to modify the design of a theme/website. Making the best of this feature requires some knowledge of how CSS and HTML work, or at least a willingness to learn. It also requires a vast amount of trial and error to achieve the exact results you desire. As you can imagine this can eat up a large amount of time. If you’re looking to customize the CSS of one of our products and you’re not interested in learning CSS yourself, we recommend hiring a designer to make the changes you need.

Third Party Compatability

Even though we try our best to use best practices when coding our products, we do not take responsibility if a third-party theme, plugin or stack causes our product to fail. We thoroughly test our plugins and stacks with various quality themes and third-party stacks, however we cannot promise our product will work with every third-party product out there. If you are having an issue we recommend you strip down the page having problems to our product(s) alone, with a stock theme that came with RapidWeaver. If you are still having issues, then please contact our support department with detailed description of the problem.

Server Support

All of our PHP powered products require PHP version 5.3 or better. We have gone to great lengths to make sure our product will work on most popular shared hosting environments. If you are running your own server or have chosen to use a cheap alternative hosting provider ( like GoDaddy ) and you are having problems, then it is likely your server setup. In these cases you will need to hire a qualified sys-admin to troubleshoot any issues you are experiencing.
